Responsibilities of Customers in Prefabricated Buildings
- Ground concrete (foundation) according to the dimensions of the ordered prefabricated building
- Floor coverings (screed, parquet, laminate parquet, tiles, marble, ceramic, granite materials, and workmanship)
- Transportation and transportation insurance
- Accommodation and meal expenses of personnel during assembly and painting (for orders outside Antalya city center)
- Permits, licenses, plans, or projects to be obtained from official institutions (all legal matters related to construction)
- Electricity or generator and generator fuel for assembly, clean water supply for painting
- Measures to protect materials on the construction site against theft and natural disasters
- Kitchen cabinets (upper and lower), shower cabin, bathroom cabinet, soap dish, towel rack, paper holder, etc.
- External connections after assembly (electricity, clean and waste water connections)
- Crane, scaffold, or machinery needed during assembly or painting
- All matters related to heating and cooling (air conditioning, stove, boiler, radiator, etc.)
- Materials and workmanship for telephone, TV, internet, UPS, and/or computer data lines
